Streszczenie referatu

Referat dotyczy stanu przedawaryjnego konstrukcji stalowej budynku handlowego o powierzchni około 3100m2. Główną konstrukcję nośną obiektu stanowią układy ramowe zaprojektowane i wykonane z blachownic o przekrojach spawanych, dwuteowych. Na ryglach ram oparte są płatwie kratowe. Po przekazaniu obiektu do użytkowania, stwierdzono szereg uchybień w konstrukcji nośnej hali. Szczegółowe wizje lokalne oraz opracowana na ich podstawie ocena stanu technicznego obiektu, pozwoliły na ustalenie przyczyn takiego stanu rzeczy. Stwierdzono występowanie licznych błędów, a nawet braków w zrealizowanej konstrukcji stalowej hali. Znaczna część z nich stanowiła zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa obiektu i wymagała niezwłocznej interwencji. W ramach sporządzonej opinii opracowano kompleksowy program naprawy stwierdzonych błędów i usterek. 

The paper is dedicated to the breakdown of the steel structure of the commercial buildings. An area of the described building is about 3100 m2. The main structure of the building was performed as a frame, made of welded, H-shaped sections. The truss roof purlins are supported on the plate, welded girders. After achieving the official permission to exploitation, the huge amounts of offences in main bearing structure of the building have been affirmed. The expert opinion describing the real technical condition of the structure, based on the detailed inspection of the building, allowed defining the most likely reasons of observed improprieties. Many defects and lacks in erected steel frame structure of the building were affirmed. The considerable part of them made up the threat for safety of the object and required very immediate intervention. In the expert’s survey report the complex program of necessary repairs was worked out.
