Paper abstract

Prefabrykowane stropy belkowo-pustakowe DZ-3 w latach 70-tych ubiegłego stulecia stanowiły jedno z popularnych rozwiązań konstrukcyjno-technologicznych stropów budynków mieszkalnych i użyteczności publicznej. W tych latach powstał również przedmiotowy budynek, o ww. Konstrukcji stropów. W wyniku niezgodnego z założoną funkcją użytkowania obiektu, a również błędów poczynionych w fazie projektowania i wykonawstwa doszło do awarii stropów DZ-3. W niniejszym referacie opisano główną konstrukcję budynku, przyczyny powstania awarii, pomiary, wyniki obliczeń sprawdzających i wnioski. Przedstawiono również obecnie zaproponowaną metodę naprawy z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych materiałów kompozytowych w porównaniu ze sposobem zaproponowanym w 1998 roku.

In the 1970-ies precast, reinforced concrete rib and hollow-block DZ-3 floors represented one from the common structural and technological solutions for floors of residential and public buildings. In those years the building described in this paper was build. Abovementioned structure of the floors was used. As a result of improper use, not compliant with the function of the facility, and the errors made in design or during construction, damage of the DZ-3 floors occurred. In this paper the main structure of the building was described. The reasons of the failure, on-site measurements, the results of the checking calculations and conclusions were presented. In addition, it was presented the comparison of the contemporary method of repair with use of modern composite materials in comparison to solution of repair which was proposed in 1998.
