Paper abstract

Referat omawia problemy związane z konstrukcją użytkowanych współcześnie budynków wielkopłytowych na tle historii stosowania technologii wielkopłytowej. Przedstawiono podstawy normowe, literaturowe i badawcze projektowania rozwiązań konstrukcji nośnych. Omówiono miejsca "wrażliwe" tych konstrukcji, najbardziej podatne na możliwość awarii, do których zaliczono złącza pionowe i poziome oraz nadproża występujące w tarczach stropów i ścian. Odnotowano specyfikę konstrukcji trójwarstwowych ścian zewnętrznych. Podjęto ocenę bezpieczeństwa konstrukcji budynków użytkowanych przez wiele lat w świetle współczesnych wymagań stwierdzając, że wymagania te są spełnione. Ustosunkowano się do trwałości konstrukcji budynków wielkopłytowych. Przedstawiono możliwości dokonywania modernizacji budynków z uwzględnieniem ich wpływu na bezpieczeństwo konstrukcji.

The paper deals with the problems of structure of existing large panel buildings, in the context of history of the application of large panel technology. Standards, literature and research results as the basis for the design of load bearing structures are presented. The sensible points of construction such as horizontal and vertical joints in the walls and floors as well as lintels are discussed. Specific issues of external sandwich walls are noted too. Evaluation of security of building structures during the long term exploitation in the context of current requirements is undertaken, ending with the conclusion that those requirements are meet. Papers refers also to the durability of large panel buildings. Possibility of modernization of such buildings taking into account the influence on structural safety is presented as well.
