W referacie omówione zostały zmiany przepisów z zakresu prawa budowlanego, dokonane w ostatnich dwóch latach. Przedstawiona synteza obejmuje zmiany przepisów kluczowej z punktu widzenia organów nadzoru budowlanego ustawy - Prawo budowlane, jak również innych aktów prawnych, które regulują przebieg procesu budowlanego.

In the paper we talked about the changes of the regulations in the range of construction law which has been done in the last two years. The synthesis which were discussed include the changes of the key regulations from the point of view of supervising organs of construction regulations. Construction law, as well as legal acts which regulate the course of building process.
