Streszczenie referatu

W referacie opisano skutki oddziaływania pożaru na konstrukcję hali wystawowej wykonanej z prefabrykowanych elementów, w przewadze strunobetonowych. W obszarze objętym zarzewiem ognia uszkodzeniu i znaczącemu osłabieniu uległy główne elementy konstrukcyjne hali (sprężone płyty dachowe i dźwigary dachowe oraz żelbetowe słupy). Stan konstrukcji hali oceniono jako awaryjny, zagrażający bezpieczeństwu użytkowania. W badaniach sklerometrycznych na obiekcie oraz badaniach laboratoryjnych na próbkach stwierdzono obniżenie wytrzymałości i dużą kruchość betonu w dźwigarach, słupach oraz sąsiadujących płytach dachowych, objętych bezpośrednio pożarem. Szczególne zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa stanowiły spękane środniki dźwigarów oraz poważne pęknięcia głowic słupów. Również na stykach dźwigarów z płytami i słupami pojawiły się zarysowania świadczące o tym, że w wyniku zmian termicznych naruszona została współpraca przestrzenna konstrukcji.

In this paper the effects of fire influence on the structure of the exhibition hall - made of precast, mainly pre-tensioned members - have been described. In the area close to fire, the main structural elements (prestressed roof slabs, prestressed roof girders and RC columns) were either damaged or significantly weakened. The overall structural condition of the hall was assessed as failured, which endangered safety in service. In the field sclerometric tests and laboratory tests on specimens, decrease in strength and high brittleness of concrete in the girders, columns and adjacent roof slabs was noticed due to fire. Particular endangerment of safety was observed due to cracked girders' webs and serious splittings of columns' heads. In addition, in connections of girders with slabs and columns the cracks appeared due to thermal changes which disturbed the spatial cooperation of the structure.
